We have just had our IIP (Investors in People) review lasting 2 days. Many of the staff are interviewed by the assessor to determine whether our business structure and the support we give our staff is really working. We feel that the IIP status is something that benefits our business and reflects well on all who work for us. We have retained our status and will have our next formal assessment in 3 years time. IIP is an ongoing program and not simply something that happens every now and then. We hope that this investment in the staff and business of Garston Veterinary Group will benefit you our clients both now and in the future.
