Client Questionnaire
During the early part of 2006 we carried out a client questionnaire to find out what you think of the services we are providing. It gave us a lot of useful information on how to improve our services as well as what really matters to you. We will now make some improvements in the areas you highlighted as weaknesses and carry out further questionnaires in the future to monitor our progress.
We were very pleased that most of our clients were very satisfied with the way the practice is run and below are just a few of the comments made. The full report is available by using the link.
